Master of Arts in Teaching, Teacher Leadership

The Master of Arts in Teacher Leadership is a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) degree program that supports educators who want to help build their school’s capacity for success, support a climate of professional growth, or serve in leadership roles at the local, state, or national level. It also supports teachers who want to become National Board Certified Teachers
